Refund policy
**NO REFUNDS** ONLY EXCHANGES FOR THE SAME STYLE, DIFFERENT SIZE ARE PERMITTED. ORDER MUST BE SHIPPED WITHIN 4 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
We want to make sure that you love your fur. Although sizing issues happen, please be mindful of the size charts, as well as your measurements (bust in cm). Please submit measurements in the notes section under checkout, or contact us via email if you are unsure of your size prior to purchasing. Please use a clothing measuring tape for accurate measurements.
EXCHANGES MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. We CANNOT accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Icey Furs.

Shipping and handling on merchandise is nonrefundable.
If you meet the exchange requirements, please contact us by email at iceyfurs@yahoo.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will have another 48 hours to ship the order back to us. Please provide tracking number via email.

- Upon receipt of your package, you will be notified via email to place a new order via email communication.
- Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. There is a shipping fee for Icey Furs to order exchange item from the warehouse, as well as to ship the order to the customer.
- You will receive two separate invoices at two different times.
- The first invoice will be for the shipping fee for Icey Furs to place your order from the warehouse since all items are made to order. With most of our furs, there is a price difference as sizes go up. Therefore, customer will also be charged the difference between the two items if the new item cost more.
- The second invoice will be for Icey Furs to ship the package to the customer.
- Once your order is placed, the process is the same as original placing of order.
