- All products are quality checked before being shipped. This is to ensure that high quality products are being delivered to maintain the reputation of our brand.

Once your package is turned over to USPS, it is now in their possession. Therefore, Icey Furs is no longer held accountable for that package! However, all packages are insured & you can file a claim with USPS. If you happen to encounter any issues with shipping/delivery (lost or damaged packages), you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS.
- We are also not responsible for any item(s) purchased from us once it has been shipped and is in your possession.
Do you offer International Shipping?
Not at the moment, but plan to very soon!
When will my order ship?
Since all orders are MADE TO ORDER, please allow 10-14 days for your order to be processed, customized, and received by Icey Furs. Upon receipt of your package, Icey Furs will ship out your order right away! You will receive an email once your order has been shipped! Shipping times can be found below.
How long is shipping?
We use USPS for all orders.
- Please be advised, you may experience shipping delays due to COVID-19 that are outside of our control.
- Please make sure to track your shipment. We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. Please contact USPS for these types of issues.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number so that you can track the progress of your order.
